The Sevilla Resaurant & Bar The Sevilla Restaurant & Bar is located at the corner of Charles Street and West 4th Street in the heart of historic Greenwich Village. With true Spanish ambiance and old-fashioned decour, this fine restaurant has been at this location serving fine Spanish food for as long as we can remember, 40 years or more! With a relaxed and yet elegant dining atmosphere and very good service, this restaurant is notable for its fine Paella de la Valencia with excellent fresh seafood. Also terrific is the Gaszpacho, cold vegetable soup. They have great Margaritas and a terrific Sangria. I recommend The Sevilla as a place to bring a date if you want to impress him or her with your intimate knowledge of the Village. We think you'll like the bustle at the front of the restaurant best and the privacy the entire restaurant offers the diner with picture windows that are partially curtained to the street. This is authentic Spanish cuisine--- no tacos here! Come early or late to avoid the dinner crush. On weekends call for reservations. Finer Spanish food is served nowhere!
