The Snuggley Family

Mr. and Mrs. Snuggley are the
Snuggley family of Toledo.
They snuggle at night and hug all day long.
Mrs. Snuggley was as sweet as sugar and as soft as the down quilt on the feather bed her great-grandmother gave
them when they got married.
The scientists at Toledo
University even did a special study of the Snuggleys to try to discover how any couple could
beso cozy and nice as them. They were astounded, confounded, and discovered them to
possibly be the coziest human beings
in History!
For one thing was certain, The Snuggleys are definitely the happiest and most content couple who
ever lived.
"Coziness comes first," Mrs. Snuggley said.
"All along I have been making coziness first in my home
and my life."
Mr. Snuggley was the Inspector of
Softness at the Toledo Pillow Company which is right
next to the Toledo Scale Company where, as a favor to Mr. Snuggley and his Department of Softness, the pillows produced at
the Toledo Pillow Company are weighed.
The scales weigh pillows in snuggles - ten snuggles equals a full
cozy.
All pillows must weigh a full cozy but any pillow over
two full cozies is a Double Snuggley and is immediately
shipped to the Snuggley household. Mrs. Snuggley runs her own business
supplying Double Snuggley Pillows only to households approved by the
Readers' Digest for advanced Snuggliness.
So, all day Mrs.
Snuggley sits on Double Snuggley Pillows her
husband has weighed at the Pillow Factory and she sells them to families
like her own.
Everything is cozy in their home and it is
this high standard of coziness which brings them the love and satisfaction
which fills their home.
