ot much happening in politics these days, the world seems settled down.  Everyone knows that the countries of this world don't love each other, but you'd never know it by looking at them now.  This peace and world togetherness thing, as much as I was a doubting Thomas, has taken a solid hold and shows no sign of reversing itself.  Arafat received a birthday card from Sharon!  What?

I tell ya, it's those little things that count.

Arafat appreciated the gesture so much that he gave Sharon, not one, but two Palestinians rumored to be attached to the practically defunct "blow myself up and kill many others" group.  You know, like them old 60's hippies, still holding on in this new millennium.

Now that the Pope has fired, or defrocked Mr. Law, and all other personnel that had a complaint proven against them, allowed women to be Priests, allowed both male and female Priests to marry each other, or marry outside of the Catholic Church, things are looking up.  No pun intended.  However, if there is a God, and he's sympathetic to the Catholic Church, then I'm sure he's quite happy now.

But tell me, what are we to do with all the lonely altar boys that didn't want to tell?  That happened to like the situation?  Those little bastards will have to find another Religion to ruin.  We all know it was their fault to begin with.  The orgies are over with, ass-boys, time to go somewhere else.

Then, to everyone's surprise, George Jr. withdraws all US troops from overseas, leaving just a few in Korea.  When he made that statement on national television, "From this moment on, we, as a nation, will no longer attack other countries for individual acts of terrorism!"  Germany applauded, Russia loves us, the French are sending us another statue, and Iraq has openly destroyed all of its chemical weapons in front of the entire world!  Wait, wait, it gets better.

Did you know India and Pakistan have stockpiled all their Nuclear Weapons for mass destruction?  Well, it's a fact.  Still no word from Bin Laden on these occurrences, but who gives a shit?  He's completely on his own, and if he comes out into the open now, the United States Government has sworn to take no action against him.  So, you thought we had problems?  No more.  Everything is fine now, thank you. ~
